Shanley Pump and Equipment, Inc. and our subsidiary, Liberty Process Equipment, Inc. are leading suppliers of Progressive Cavity pumps. We have several complete pump product lines of progressive cavity pumps for abrasive pumping applications. We stock very small pumps for metered flow applications from .001 gpm up to 20 gpm. In addition we stock several industrial and sanitary ranges of progressive cavity pumps for flows from 1 gpm up to 2000 gpm. We offer EDUR brand centrifugal pumps and parts from our inventory. EDUR pumps that are specially designed for dissolved air flotation, eliminating the need for additional compressed air, Using EDUR pumps in your flotation application reduces energy consumption by 40%. Edur makes a complete line of specialty centrifugal pumps, we stock the DAF pumps at Shanley pump.
For corrosive pumping applications we stock Tecnium centrifugal pumps. Tecnium pumps are manufactured since 1957 in 6 different plastic materials, making them the ideal choice in most very difficult corrosive pumping applications. At Shanley Pump we stock Tecnium vertical pumps for sump applications and we also stock horizontal, end suction pumps.
SEIM Screw pumps are 3 rotor screw pumps for lubricating fluid applications, ideal for lubrication of large machinery like gas compressors, turbines and industrial gearboxes. SEIM pumps are manufactured to incredibly close tolerances, making them ideal for high pressure, low NPSH and/or varying viscosities. We offer the SEIM screw pump line from our inventory and special engineered pumps based on your inquires.
For Hot oil applications, pumping thermal oil up to 650 degrees without any additional cooling requirements we stock *Allweiler® centrifugal pumps. For hot water, we stock OSNA brand boiler feed pumps. For both applications, we now stock Speck Thermal Transfer pumps that can work both with oil and with water. For sanitary pumping applications we offer Hilge sanitary pumps and spare parts.
