Allweiler Three Rotor Screw Pumps

The Allweiler Progressive cavity pump is a positive displacement rotary pump. The actual pumping elements of the pump are the rotor and the stator. The single helical rotor rolls eccentrically in a double-threaded helix stator of twice the the pitch length. A series of sealed cavities 180° apart are created that progress from suction to discharge.

The opposing cavities fill and empty simultaneously resulting in a pulsation less flow. The fluid travels axially with relatively low velocity and minimal agitation of the fluid being pumped. The important feature of the progressive cavity pump is the ability to pump slurries and solid particles. The elastomeric stator also allows deformation to partially accommodate the solid particles. The pressure capabilities of the pump are available as a 1, 2, or 4 stage design. Each stage has a limit of 85 PSI to 175 PSI on equal wall stators.

Allweilers Unique Pivot Joint

The Allweiler Progressive Cavity Pumps are available in a variety of construction materials such as Stainless Steel and Cast Iron casings, as well as carbon steel and stainless internal parts. The stators are available in a wide variety of rubber compounds depending on your application needs. Allweiler's versatile progressive cavity pumps are rugged, compact and highly efficient.

Special features of Allweiler Progressive Cavity Pump include:

  • Solid drive design provides strength for continuous operation. Replaceable shaft wear sleeves at shaft seal protect the shaft from any wear.
  • Unique pivot-design extends service life and reduces replacement cost.
  • Patented "equal-wall" stator design available for most models reduces pump slippage and increases pressure limit up top 175 PSI per stage and dramatically reduces starting torque..
  • Pump speed reducers offer a compact unit. We offer complete package packages.
  • Stators are available in a wide range of elastomers for chemnical compatibility.
  • Suction lift to 28" w.c. (water column)

In addition to the Allweiler series, Shanley Pump and Equipment offers a unique metering system to work in conjunction with this series of progressive cavity pumps.

Allweiler SEP Series

Allweiler SEP Series Progressive Cavity Pump

The Allweiler SEP Series of Heavy duty progressive cavity pumps incorporates many design features.

In the SEP series our featured design is our unique patented stator construction. The SEP series can handle pressures up to 175 PSI per stage and are the most economical solution to your pump needs.

Inspection and cleaning of the units are made easier by larger than normal access ports. Additionally, the SEP series features shaft wear sleeves and packed glands with lantern rings.

All Allweiler SEP progressive cavity pumps include these design features standard:

  • Heavy-duty sealed pivot joints for durability and quieter operation
  • Permanently lubricated and sealed bearing assemblies and joints for reduced maintenance and downtime.
  • Stator vulcanized into a tube with ovrlapping ends to facilitate assembly and sealing.

The SEP series is an ideal solution for the pumping of low to high viscosity fluids.
