The Hilge Euro-Hygia centrifuge pump is a single stage, end suction pump that is manufactured in 316Ti Stainless Steel with close-coupled construction. The case design allows for four separate impellers to be utilized allowing for tremendous flexibility. The impeller options include;

Port connections can be customized to your specific needs. Shaft seal with either single or double mechanical seal. This pump is CIP able. Ideal for product feed, circulation or transfer.

The Hilge Euro-Hygia can be used with filters, plate exchangers and fillers. The Adapta® modular bearing housing system is available on the Euro-Hygia I and II models for easy motor installations.

The Hilge Euro-Hygia Super model features a stainless steel motor shroud strategically designed to minimize direct moisture exposure, but still maintain good heat dissipation. Stainless steel adjustable peg feet minimize floor contact and the model comes with a quick release clamp base for ease of service.

The Hilge Euro-Hygia CN package option will include the pump mounted to a fabricated base with a flexible coupling and recommended electric motor.

The Hilge Durietta 0 line of centrifuge pumps are a small, single stage end suction pump in rolled 316Ti Stainless Steel. The Durietta 0 series features close coupled construction with multi stage designs also available in a vertical configuration. The Hilge Durietta 0 also features a semi-open design for its impeller and customizable port connections to fit your specific needs.

The Durietta 0 is available with either a single or double mechanical seal only and is fully CIP able. Its design makes it an ideal choice for lower flow applications such as product feed, circulation or transfer with multi-stage designs ideal for booster, filling or filtration needs.

The Hilge Hygiana centrifugal pump in 316L stainless steel is a multi-stage, end suction high pressure pump that is available in either Bloc (close-coupled), Super (stainless steel shroud and peg feet), CN (bare shaft foot mount), or vertical configuration. The Hygiana's impellers are shrouded and semi-open with customizable port connections that can be tailored to your specific needs.
