Liberty Process American Pump Series Progressive Cavity Pumps are designed with a single helical rotor that eccentrically turns within a double-threaded helical stator of twice the pitch length. This unique design feature creates a series of sealed cavities 180° apart, from suction to discharge. A constant, non-pulsating fluid flow is produced as the opposing cavities empty and fill simultaneously. Identical efficiency is always achieved without additional attachment whatever the flow direction or operating position requirement. These self-priming pumps are ideal for abrasive, low or high viscosity, delicate, shear-sensitive, corrosive or insoluble fluids.

The American Pump Series elastomer stator is offered in Buna, Viton, EPDM or Natural Rubber, with a chrome plated stainless steel rotor. They can be tailored to your specific requirements from a choice of 96 standard pump models in various construction materials with capacities to 40 GPM, pressures to 150 PSI and temperatures to 350° F.

For longer life, every Liberty Process American Pump Series Progressive Cavity Pump is constructed with only the highest quality materials and contain separately greased, sealed bearings and a protected universal joint. Closed coupled versions are also available to NEMA C-face motors.
